Please read the Terms of Service before placing a commission and contact me via the form.​​

-Terms of Service-

1.SCOPE OF WORK​

Available services:

  • Illustration

  • Character design

  • Vtuber model illustrations with separated parts for rigging​

​

Unavailable services:

  • Animation

  • Logo design

  • NSFW content​​

​

2.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS​

  • Payment is requested via PayPal.

  • As I operate on an upfront payment system, production will begin only after payment is confirmed.

  • Refunds are not accepted once production has started.

  • If there is a violation of these terms or if contact is lost for over two weeks, I reserve the right to cancel the commission at my discretion.

3.WORKFLOW

  1. Commission approval

  2. Payment from the client

  3. Start of production

  4. Review of revisions at the sketch stage (No additional fees will be charged for revisions at this point)

  5. Final product review and confirmation of any necessary revisions. Minor revisions will be made free of charge, unless they are substantial revisions.

  6. Delivery of the final product and completion of the transaction.

4.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY​

  • Once payment is confirmed, production will begin, and the commission will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.

  • If you have a specific deadline, please indicate it in the deadline section of the request form.

5.USE

  • Personal use is allowed without restrictions.

  • If you upload my work anywhere, please ensure proper credit is provided.

  • For commercial use, an additional usage fee will apply (a 50% surcharge on the commission fee).

6.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • The copyright of the work remains with the creator.

  • My artwork may not be used for NFTs or any AI-related purposes.​​​

​

7.REGARDING THE PUBLICATION OF THE COMMISSIONED WORK​

  • The commissioned work may be used in my portfolio. If you could provide a preferred publication date, I will ensure the work remains unpublished until that specified date.

  • However, please note that the work will be made public for portfolio purposes if the following conditions are met:

  1. One year has passed since the delivery of the work.

  2. It is determined that the client has no intention of publishing the work
